CURT ROME

Curt Rome is an experienced civil litigator whose practice has encompassed business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage and defense, products and premises liability, professional liability, transportation, construction, property damage, business interruption, wrongful death, and other complex civil matters.
He has tried cases in Louisiana state and federal courts and has handled appellate matters in both jurisdictions. His clients have included insurers, contractors, manufacturers, retailers, commercial entities, and other parties facing significant civil disputes.

That breadth of litigation experience gives Curt a practical understanding of how cases are evaluated from multiple institutional and business perspectives. As a mediator, he brings that experience to the process with an emphasis on preparation, objective evaluation, and productive communication.
